The room was spacious, I had a large bed even though I was on my own. The room was nice and warm. Staff was always available to help and very friendly. The location of the hotel was very convient near to the city centre. The hotel was very clean. As I stayed for two nights my room was serviced to a high standard, ready for my next nights stay. Very good value for money.
The room was a little outdated and furniture needed painting as there were a lot of chips/marks. also there was no tiolet roll holder. My english breakfast was nice but a little small, and breakfast was a little limited.

We enjoyed our stay at Eaton Hotel Chester; we thought the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the Canalside bar was nice and the upstairs bar was nice and cosy. It was good value for money and as we decided to stay a second night at the last minute we were kindly given a £10 reduction on our room. The rooms were clean, cosy and comfortable and the hotel location was perfect for our short stay in Chester!
The only negative we can think of is that there isn't private parking for the hotel but obviously due to the location there isnt anything that could be done about this unfortunatley.

The room was clean and modern. Very comfortable bed.
No mirror in room. No number on the door. Room had sunken spot lights and one or two were out. Also light on bathroom mirror didn't work.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the prices were excellent and the location spot on.
They got mixed up with the booking names, even though it was booked on line with the correct names, but they sorted it out very quickly.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Bedroom was too hot at arrival and no way of controlling heat apart from opening the window. Shower was pathetic - pressure was too low and the water was luke warm. Blanket on top of sheet was very scruffy and overthrow had some holes in it. Hotel door was extremely hard to lock and unlock.
